Getting the login box?

If you are getting a login box when you try to run a quote or download a form, it is probably because of the cookie settings in your browser. Cookies are pieces of information that websites use for various purposes. In this case, LifePro.com uses cookies to pass along the username and password to iPipeline, the company that maintains the term quoter and forms engine. If you have cookies disabled, iPipeline cannot authenticate you and you will get the grey box. See below to enable cookies or add cookie exceptions in your browser.

  1. Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
  5. In the "Cookies" section, you can change the following cookies settings:

Make sure "Allow local data to be set" is selected to allow both first-party and third-party cookies. Also, make sure the "Block third-party cookies and site data" checkbox is NOT checked. This will allow all cookies, including lifepro.com and ipipeline.com to be set.

To control how cookies should be handled for a few specific sites or domains, click "Manage exceptions...". To add a rule, follow these steps:

  1. Add "lifepro.com" and "ipipeline.com" as two separate entries and set these both as "Allow".
  2. Click "Done" to exit this dialog box and click "Done" again to exit Settings.

The term quoter and forms engine should now work.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click the Gear symbol   in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click "Internet options"
  3. On the "Privacy" tab, click the "Sites" button.
  4. Add "lifepro.com" and click "Allow".
  5. Add "ipipeline.com" and click "Allow".
  6. Click "Ok" to exit the dialog box. 
  7. In Internet options go to the "Privacy" Tab. 
  8. In the "Privacy" tab, under "settings" click the "Advanced" button 
  9. Make sure your settings look exactly as the picture below: 


  1. On the top Left hand Side Select "Safari" Menu.

  2. Go to "Preferences"

  3. In the preferences menu, click on the "Privacy" Tab.

  4. Make sure your settings are the same as the picture below:

  5. Click on the "x" to close the Settings window.

  6. Now go to the following site: www.ipipeline.com

  7. Resfresh LifePro.com, then try to open the Term Quote Calculator again.

  8. You should now be able to see the Term & GUL Quotes.
