Email Campaigns

Open rates (%) are one of the best ways to tell whether your email strategy is working. This number shows what percentage of your audience opens the emails you send them. If you have a higher open rate, it usually means your subject lines resonates with your audience.

A click rate (%) is the percentage that tells you how many successfully delivered emails got at least 1 click. This number shows whether or not your audience finds the emails you send relevant enough to click through and check their email for more.

Warm leads refer to the number of clients who interacted with the campaign other than opening the email, clicking on the email, or requesting an appointment (if applicable). For example, we might encourage clients to download a PDF in the email prior to requesting an appointment.

While warm leads and requested appointments are great, keep in mind that the main purpose of these campaigns is to keep you top-of-mind with prospects, show them your value, and give them informational content for when the time comes that they do need your help.
